The Pancake line's combination of features, options, quality, strength, appearance and longevity have made us the leader in compact air cylinders.

1.1. Pancake series - Original
The Pancake line's combination of features, options, quality, strength, appearance and longevity.

1.2. Pancake series - T series
Thicker piston incorporates a bearing strip in addition to the O-ring seal. This bearing strip is a close tolerance, rectangular cross section strip of a tough, stable, wear resistant PTFE compound.

1.3. Pancake II series - standard
Combined with hard Chrome-plated stainless steel piston rods and a unique, non-metallic rod bearing to assure optimal operation and longer product life.

1.4. Pancake II series - non-rotating
Twin piston rods are incorporated into the cylinder head. Rods are fastened to the piston and tied together by a rod end tool bar that provides ideal mounting surface for your application.

1.5. Pancake II series - multi-position
Double acting, single rod end cylinder provides 3 positions 8 bore sizes: from 0.5" to 4", and strokes to 4" standard.

1.6. Square Pancake II series
These direct interchange air cylinders in square form provide effective output motion with short strokes in a compact design.

Durable construction features include a 304 stainless steel air cylinder tube and 303 stainless steel piston rod as standard.

Air cylinders withstand harsh environments and are interchangeable with Humphrey line.

2.3. PFA series
Contains an internal Linear Resistive Transducer (LRT). It is ideal for applications where traditional magnetic position sensing is not acceptable.

3.1. FJS series
FJS series air cylinders function as drop-replacements for the discontinued Global series, Units deliver short strokes in a compact design - similar to Original Pancake cylinders but are designed to meet international requirements.

3.2. Global series
This metric, interchangeable air cylinder is designed to deliver short-strokes for tight spaces. Cylinder body machined from the highest quality Aluminum bar-stock and hard anodized for appearance and corrosion resistance.

3.3. Global series - GT
Same features as standard Global series filters plus an anodized Aluminum tool plate in blank, metric or inch styles plus Chrome-plated stainless steel guide shafts.

3.4. Global series - Dial-A-Stroke models
Same features as standard Global series with adjustable extended strokes.

3.5. Square I series
The square design of this double-acting, single-rod unit allows users to decrease the center-to-center spacing for applications that need multiple cylinders. Operating air or hydraulic pressure is 150 psi.

4. Multi-piston high force actuators

Multiple pistons attached to a common rod with internal air passengers produce tremendous forces.

Features:

The cylinder is made of corrosion-resistant hard-anodized Aluminum.
High-performance composite resists corrosion, moisture and temperatures up to 325°F, while offering a high load capacity and very little friction.
Hard Chrome-plated stainless steel piston rods ensure long cylinder life.
Magnalube-G Teflon-impregnated grease provides a long operating life and lubricates across a wide temperature range.

4.1. Multi-power air presses series
It has larger collective surface area for air pressure to act on as the pistons are energized simultaneously via special internal air passages, multiplying the extend thrust.

4.2. Multi-power - original series
Designed with multiple pistons connected to a common shaft, providing greater force output while taking up less space than conventional cylinders with larger bores.

4.3 Multi-power - Pancake series
Comes in 8 bore sizes from 1/2 to 4 inches in diameter with strokes up to 1-1/2 inches, and it can deliver forces up to 7,186 pounds using up to 150 psi maximum pressure.

4.4. Multi-power - Longstroke series
Available in 4 bore sizes from 2 to 4 inches in diameter and strokes up to 12 inches, the LONGSTROKE Multi-Power cylinder provides forces up to 7186 pounds using up to 150 psi pressure.

4.5. Multi-power - Square I series
Comes in 5 bore sizes from 3/4" to 2" with strokes from 1/8" to 2.5" inches in a 2-piston design. The unit is capable of producing forces up to 870 pounds using 150 psi pressure.

4.6. Multi-power - Pancake II series
Available in 3 bore sizes from 2.5" to 4" with standard 4" strokes and maximum pressure rating is 200 psi. The PB model is made with multiple retract and single extend cylinder action for high pulling force applications.

5. NFPA cylinders

Interchangeable NFPA cylinders allow users to directly replace other manufacturers' NFPA units of the same type and dimensions for greater design freedom.
NFPA pneumatic cylinders combine rugged construction and versatility. The cylinders come with magnetic pistons for position sensing and pre-lubricated with Magnalube-G grease for long life.

5.1. NFPA series
The cylinder tube is built with a high-strength Aluminum barrel, and users can also choose all stainless steel, tandem, 3-position and back-to-back models.

5.2. FCQN series (OEM-NFPA)
It comes with magnetic piston for position sensing and is outfitted with adjustable air cushions on both ends. A cost- effective option for a variety of applications

6. Tie-rod cylinders

Featuring tie rod construction, these double-acting cylinders are designed to provide the longest possible stroke versus their overall length.

6.3. Hi-power - HP series
Designed for minimum overall length in relationship to stroke. 1/4" stroke increments to 4" maximum.

6.4. Hi-power - UHP series
Buna-N U-cup seals for low break-away. PTFE piston bearing for load support and longer strokes.

We offer a wide range of slide styles such as single- and dual-bearing, pick-and-place, table, finger, block-type thrusters, linear thrusters and rodless designs. Compact sizes and low-cost models are also available.

Thanks to our many years as innovators of inch-size compact pneumatic air cylinder technology, you can count on Fabco-Air slides for precise, repeatable operation and good load handling capabilities. They're also built tough with anodized Aluminum toolbars and bearing blocks, stainless steel and durable bearing materials, so users can expect smooth motion and a long operating life. 7.1. FGM series
Guided motion cylinders offer an extended power range and effective load carrying capability. These compact units feature a twin guide shaft design to ensure precise, non-rotating positioning.

7.2. FJU series
These small, lightweight units save space, while their rectangular design creates mounting surfaces on the rod end, cap end, sides and bottom. They also include 4 extruded slots for sensor mounting.

7.3. FJUK series
FJUK cylinders offer all the standard features of FJU series plus a guide block securely attached to the piston rod, with a steel guide shaft attached to the guide block ensuring less than 0.8 degrees of rotation.

7.4. EZ series
Robust, interchangeable ball bearing slides. Dual bearing block EZ series for high precision, high load carrying applications

7.5. EZP series
Rugged slides designed for pick and place machines' demanding accuracy and reliability requirements

7.6. FDH series
Precision finger slides. Compact design with miniature linear guide driven by built-in, repairable air cylinder for smooth motion. These slides support variety of mounting configurations and load attachments.

7.7. TS series
Unique, leverages a standard cylinder body as the slide carriage and features twin guide shafts supported by 4 precision linear ball bearings. The cylinders offer high load capacity in a space-saving design.

7.8. SE series
Robust, interchangeable ball bearing slides. Single bearing block, a space-saving version, for applications with moderate side load requirements and minimal footprint.

7.9. L series
Basic linear slide with cost-effective guided motion for applications where extreme precision is not required. The L series features dual bearing blocks providing greater stability and increased loading capacity.

7.10. S series
Basic linear slide with cost-effective guided motion for applications where extreme precision is not required. The compact S series has a single bearing block for a short overall length.

7.11. GB series
Block-style linear slide combines with robust design and interchangeable bolt pattern for mounting flexibility.

7.12. FGXS series
Twin-bore precision table slide that uses a rail bearing system for smooth operation. 3 mounting styles for optimal flexibility, and dowel holes and slots on the table surface allow for accurate, repeatable workpiece mounting.

7.13. FDF series
The cylinders' twin rods deliver two times the thrust. The FDF series comes with a sleeve bearing and is available in bore diameters from 10mm to 25mm

7.14. FDXS series
The cylinders' twin rods deliver two times the thrust. FDXS series offers a precision recirculating ball bearing or sleeve bearing, diameters from 10 to 32 millimeters and strokes range from 10 to 100 millimeters

8. ISO standard pneumatic actuators

ISO cylinders give you the freedom to use internationally compatible mountings and accessories.

8.1. FAE series
FAE series single and double rod cylinders are built to ISO 6432 dimensions. Magnetically operated reed switches and electronic sensors can be mounted anywhere along the length and circumference of the FAE series cylinder.

8.2. FAQ2R series
FAQ2R series ISO 6431 air cylinder was updated with a new extruded body to better house flush-mounted sensors while also giving it a clean shape. Sensors can be clamped anywhere along the cylinder for precise position sensing.

Advanced parallel and angular jaw motion designs

Whether you are looking for small, highly accurate grippers for assembly applications, or wider, larger grippers for the secure movement of larger payloads, you'll find what you need in our range of Fabco-Air grippers. We have a collection of angular and parallel grippers in a variety of widths, bore sizes and pressures to choose from, including hydraulic and budget options.

Our grippers feature high forces in a compact housing. Each gripper's body is constructed out of hard-coated Aluminum to resist corrosion and abrasion, minimizing maintenance time. A magnetic piston is standard for all grippers and allows you to integrate magnetic sensors to monitor the piston's positioning. All grippers come either pre-lubricated or do not require additional lubrication, ensuring that each gripper works smoothly and safely.

9.1. FKA series
Compact angular gripper FKA series is designed to fit tight budget and spaces, the largest gripper in this series has a bore size of only 25mm.

9.2. FKHC series
These high-force angular grippers are lightweight and can provide a very high force. These grippers have second additional piston, which provides extra force, and adjustable needle valves control. It is ideal for tight, confined spaces usage.

9.3. FKHL series
This 2-jaw wide grippers with a compact design is well-suited to handle larger parts in high volume jobs. Designed with oil-impregnated sleeve bearings encased in steel on all units and standard rod scrapers for dust and debris protection.

9.4. FKHQ series
These 2-jaw compact parallel gripper are ideal for varying workpiece sizes and pressure ranges. Open and closed positioning sensors can be easily installed due to mating slots in the gripper's housing.

9.5. FKHS series
Has a compact design with excellent repeatability and 3-jaw gripper for higher accuracy. Top and bottom mounting is for easy alignment and installation.

9.6. FKHT series
Toggle-type angular gripper that will securely hold the workload if the air pressure drops, providing a high degree of installation freedom. This series does well in hazardous conditions and with heavy workpieces.

9.7. FKHW series
This 180-degree angular gripper has rack-and-pinion design to enable synchronization. These grippers are perfect for applications with oddly shaped loads, or slightly larger workpieces.

9.8. FKHZ series
These 2-jaw compact parallel grippers are ideal for gripping parts in smaller spaces that need careful handling such as electronics assembling, semiconductor manufacturing and packaging.

9.9. GR series
These round angular grippers are ideal for robotic and pick-and-place applications. Choices of pneumatic or hydraulic service.

9.10. GS series
These square angular grippers are ideal for robotic and pick-and-place applications. Choices of pneumatic or hydraulic service.

9.11. LPG series
A 2-jaw large parallel gripper with long stroke for large parts and heavy load. The toolbars extend toward and retract away from each other with absolute parallelism and precise synchronous motion.

9.12. SPG series
A 2-jaw small parallel grippers which is compact and light-weighted with only 3 moving parts, symmetrical cylinder blocks, porting block and easily adjusted grip strength by varying pressure.

10. Rodless pneumatic actuators

These cylinders are designed so there is no piston rod protruding from the unit. Instead, the external slider is magnetically coupled to the piston, providing good output motion while saving space.

10.1. FGYB series
An ideal choice for space-constrained area. The external slider is magnetically coupled to the piston, providing good output motion while saving space. The FGYB series is designed for basic mounting.

10.2. FGYR series
An ideal choice for space-constrained area. The external slider is magnetically coupled to the piston, providing good output motion while saving space. This series allows through-hole and tapped mounting with magnetic position sensing.

10.3. FGYSR series
The FGYSR rodless slides were designed to fit into tight spaces. The slides come with a rubber bumper or choice of 4 shock absorbers, as well as a choice of 3 position sensors.

11. Pneumatic stopper cylinders

Fabco-Air stoppers are ideal cylinders for conveyors and other machines that need to decelerate a load before impact.

11.1. Global 32 stopper cylinders
Designed for applications requiring resistance to side impact loads, featuring heavy-duty mounting, an oversized hard Chrome-plated 303 piston rod and special bronze rod bearing with increased surface area.

11.2. ST series
A cost-optimized stopper comes with various options for different requirements. It features a magnetic piston as standard, Buna-N bumpers at both ends for gentle stop and rugged Aluminum extrusion construction.

12. Pneumatic swing clamps

Swing clamps compact cylinders keep workpieces secure. These cylinders offer pneumatic or hydraulic operation, depending on the series, and several action types.

The clamp arm extends in a straight line away from the workpiece to provide plenty of space to load or unload the part. The arm can rotate 90 degrees to full extension, and it swings 90 degrees when retracting. Customers can choose model code R for clockwise and model code L for counterclockwise rotation. When the clamp arm is positioned over the workpiece, it follows a straight-line path to apply the clamping force.

12.1. SC series
Double-acting swing clamps for position sensing plus workpiece protection features. The clamps operate with compressed air or petroleum-based hydraulic fluid.

12.2. FML series
The FML series are available with either a single or double-sided clamp arm. The cylinders operate with compressed air.

In addition, our actuators include a rack-and-pinion design that minimizes backlash. They're also easily interchangeable with other actuator types.

13.1. FRA series
This rotary actuator features a compact, rack-and-pinion design that minimizes backlash for limited space. Each double-acting, rectangular unit incorporates standard magnetic pistons, end caps with rotation adjustment.

13.2. FRB series
The FRB series vane-type rotary actuators provide low-pressure operation, 90, 180 and 270 rotation angles, various sensor option, extremely fast switching speed and high-quality materials to enhance durability.

13.3. FRC series
Square rotary actuator features a rack-and-pinion mechanism that minimizes backlash for limited space. Optional shock absorbers for enhanced impact dampening. Available in larger sizes to provide more torque.

14.1. HHD series
Series HHD hydraulic actuators are suitable for extra output power and durability in heavy-duty and high-pressure system. HHD hydraulic actuators can be assembled with 20 NFPA standard mounting options for interchange convenience.
